1. The heat press machine features a fully digital integrated display control.
2. It offers high precision in signaling when the pressing process is finished.
3. The heating tube and plate are combined into a single unit, providing quick heating, safety, durability, and uniform temperature distribution.
4. The heat press machine includes optional infrared ray positioning.
5. The heating plate is coated with a Teflon surface.
6. The lower plate is covered with a 6mm silicon mat and a 1cm sponge to ensure even heating and pressure distribution.
7. The machine utilizes a swing head position limit with a magnetic sensor that automatically presses down when the machine head rotates to the zero position.
8. Bearings on the left and right sides allow the machine to move in parallel.
9. The typical pressure for heat printing ranges from 0.4Mpa to 0.6Mpa.
